Technical Issues or Service Malfunction

If you experience verified technical problems that prevent proper access to paid features.

Situations That Qualify for a Refund

If Duplicate double or additional payments made during checkout.

Failure of premium features to activate after a valid purchase.

Non-delivery of digital assets or templates included in your plan.

Unsuccessful account activation due to system errors.

Transaction errors caused by server-side issues on Magic vCard.

Billing or payment gateway errors resulting in incorrect charges.

Refund requests submitted within 24 hours from the time of purchase.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds cannot be issued after 2 days from the payment date.

Refunds do not apply for change of mind or voluntary cancellation.

Usage of the service beyond minimal testing

Promotional, discounted or special-offer plans

Refunds are not applicable for partial subscription periods or used plan features.

Refund Process

Include your name, registered email, transaction ID and reason for refund.

Refund review time is 5–7 business days

Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment gateway.

Magic vCard is not responsible for external processing delays.

Refund requests missing valid purchase proof may be declined.

Third-party purchases (such as app stores) must be refunded through that platform.

Enterprise and custom plans follow a separate case-based evaluation process.

Subscription & Auto-Renewal

Auto-renewal can be disabled anytime from your dashboard

Cancellation stops future billing but does not trigger a refund automatically

You will retain premium access until the end of your billing cycle.
